THE FUTURE NEVER ARRIVES

Barcelona
Mayo 2026

I work at the edge where the human and the machine touch.

Technology as spectacle doesn't interest me. What interests me is what it stirs in us: desire, wonder, fear, the things we remember. Artificial intelligence is my camera, not my subject. A tool to imagine, not something to show off.

I make pieces that look like footage recovered from a future that's too close. Images carrying noise, tape and neon — as if someone had intercepted them before the world forgot. Futures that never quite arrive. Futures you feel.

Sometimes they unsettle. Sometimes they glow. Sometimes they're pure strange beauty. Not all of them hurt, but all of them matter: each one holds a human desire beating inside the machine.

I believe in imperfection as a finish. The grain, the degraded signal, the clumsy and honest gesture say more than any flawless render. The polished forgets; texture remembers.

I believe in honest emotion. A story can be dark or luminous, but never empty. If it doesn't touch desire, wonder or memory, it doesn't deserve to exist.

And above all, I believe in the person inside the machine. The tool is never the story. Behind every frame there's someone who felt something and needed to record it before it disappeared.

Producciones Palanca doesn't make pretty futures or sad futures. It makes futures you'll remember. Footage leaked from possible worlds, told by those who live in them.
